By registering a vehicle for CruiserFest 2026 or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or register for the event.

Event Registration

By registering a vehicle, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your vehicle
• Be the legal owner or authorized representative of the registered vehicle
• Allow your vehicle information and photos to be displayed publicly
• Follow all event rules and instructions from event staff
• Maintain valid insurance on your vehicle during the event

Vehicle Requirements

All registered vehicles must:

• Be Toyota Land Cruisers or related vehicles (Lexus LX, 4Runner, etc.)
• Be in safe, driveable condition
• Have valid registration and insurance
• Not leak fluids that could damage the venue

Voting Rules

When participating in voting:

• You may vote once per category
• Vote manipulation or fraud will result in disqualification
• We reserve the right to invalidate suspicious voting patterns
• Voting is open to all event attendees and website visitors

Content Guidelines

When uploading photos or content, you must:

• Own the rights to the photos or have permission to use them
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Grant us a license to display your photos on our website and promotional materials
• Not upload photos that infringe on others' privacy

Liability

By attending CruiserFest 2026, you acknowledge that:

• You attend at your own risk
• The organizers are not responsible for damage, theft, or injury
• You are responsible for your vehicle and personal belongings
• You release the organizers from liability for any claims

Photography and Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These images may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to remove any registration or ban any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior detrimental to the event.
